Cavity walls
Most requestedWe fill the wall cavity with water-repellent mineral wool (Knauf Supafil). From outside or inside, without breaking down walls.
Façade from the outside
The most completeInsulating boards across the whole façade, with a new finish. Reduces thermal bridges and renews the look of the house or building.
Attic floor · with access from inside
If you don't use the attic, we insulate the floor. That way the heat of the house stops rising into the roof in winter.
Attic floor · no access from inside
No access to the attic? We open the roof at one point and blow wool onto the slab, usually 20 cm or more.
Already has a false ceiling
We blow wool above the existing false ceiling, usually through the light points, without breaking the ceiling.
No false ceiling
We install a new plasterboard ceiling, with mineral wool on top. The ceiling usually drops 15 to 25 cm.
Walls from inside
For any wall, stone included: a new insulated wall on the inside, in plasterboard, only in the rooms you choose.

Inside the wall
Most homes built since the 1960s and 70s have double walls with a cavity in between, often empty. That is where heat escapes in winter and comes in in summer. Scroll down and watch the wall fill up.
During the free technical visit we drill a small hole and use an inspection camera. That way we see whether the cavity is at least 4 cm wide and ready to insulate: empty, free of rubble and without damp rising up the wall.

We measure, look at the wall with the inspection camera and explain the options. No obligation.
After the visit
You receive a written proposal with the materials, the price and the timeline.
On the agreed date
Blown-in in 1 to 3 days, false wall in 3 to 7 days, capoto in 3 to 6 weeks. At the end, we review the work with you.

Insulating a building goes through the owners' meeting. We prepare a proposal per unit and a works plan you can present at the meeting.

It depends on the technique and the area. Per m², incl. VAT: blown-in walls 20 to 45 €, capoto 70 to 100 €, false wall 70 to 150 €, attic floor 25 to 45 € and blown-in above a false ceiling 30 to 65 €. The exact amount is in the proposal, after the free technical visit. See the full price guide.
No. The visit is free and without obligation. We bring an inspection camera to look inside the wall. Then we send the written quote.
It needs at least 4 cm of free cavity space, which is common in double walls. If the wall is single, the options are capoto or a false wall on the inside. If it is stone, the usual solution is a false wall.
First the cause of the damp has to be fixed. After that, the mineral wool we use is water-repellent and lets the wall breathe. During the visit we look at your case.
We agree the date with you after you accept the proposal. It depends on the time of year and our schedule. The work itself is quick: blown-in 1 to 3 days, internal wall lining 3 to 7 days, ETICS 3 to 6 weeks.
The payment terms are in the written proposal, before you decide, and in our General Terms. The technical visit and the proposal are free of charge.
The work has the 5-year legal guarantee under article 1225 of the Portuguese Civil Code. It is described in our general terms.
We don't do waterproofing or roof repairs, nor sprayed insulation (foam or cork). If the cause of the problem is water getting in, that has to be fixed first.
